Acceptance of Service Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "Property Owner," or "User") and United Garage Door Supplier USA ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By scheduling an on-site technician visit, requesting a telephone hotline dispatch, submitting a quote ticket online, or purchasing OEM garage door parts, you agree to comply with all terms set forth herein.

24/7 Emergency Dispatch Terms

United Garage Door Supplier maintains mobile technician units ready for immediate emergency dispatch across all 50 US states.

Dispatch Authorization: Submitting an emergency ticket or calling hotline (202) 813-0261 authorizes our central dispatch manager to route the closest available mobile unit to your designated property address.
Emergency Trapped Vehicle Priority: Requests involving cars trapped behind broken garage door springs or off-track doors are assigned immediate safety dispatch priority.
Arrival Windows: Estimated Arrival Times (ETAs) provided via phone or SMS are given in good faith based on real-time mobile unit telemetry and traffic conditions.

Estimates & Transparent Written Quotes

We operate under a Zero Hidden Fees Policy:

Written Approval Required

No physical repair work or component replacement begins until the customer reviews and signs the on-site written job estimate.

Rate Guarantee

The total price quoted on your signed job invoice is final. We never apply surprise surcharge add-ons after work completion.

OEM Factory Parts & Warranties

All replacement torsion springs, high-tension cables, commercial roll-up hardware, and smart opener motors supplied by United Garage Door Supplier are 100% factory-direct original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components.

High-Cycle Torsion Springs: Heavy-duty oil-tempered springs include available lifetime replacement warranties against snapping or fatigue.
Smart Opener Motors: LiftMaster, Genie, Chamberlain, and Craftsman opener installations include full manufacturer motor and belt drive warranties.
Warranty Claims: Warranty coverage requires presentation of the original service invoice. Tampering by non-certified third parties voids component warranties.

Customer Responsibilities & Property Access

To ensure technician safety and efficient job completion, customers agree to:

Provide clear, unobstructed physical access to the garage interior, motor ceiling mounts, and side tracks.
Ensure an adult authorized representative (18+ years old) is present during the service window to inspect work and authorize invoices.
Keep pets, children, and unauthorized onlookers outside the designated garage work zone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard non-emergency service appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled window by calling hotline (202) 813-0261.

High-Tension Spring Hazard Warning

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE:

Garage door springs, winding cones, and bottom lifting brackets operate under extreme mechanical tension capable of inflicting severe bodily injury or structural damage if handled without professional winding tools. Customers are strictly advised NOT to touch, force, or attempt DIY repair on snapped springs or heavy hung doors prior to technician arrival.

Limitation of Liability

United Garage Door Supplier USA shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural building defects, rotten wood headers, outdated ungrounded electrical wiring, or damage caused by customer failure to adhere to safety warnings. Total liability under any service contract shall not exceed the actual invoice total paid for the specific job.
